This is specifically for workshop services and products purchased on location.  

This is also used for special circumstances in making arranged payments with Dr. Maxwell on products or services rendered.

These services and products are non-refundable since they are performed and received directly by the customer at the time of purchase during the workshop venue or with the special arrangements made with Dr. Maxwell.
