Implementing Positivity Into Your Life!

Did you know you there are many health benefits when implementing positivity into your life?  People who have a positive mindset and practice positive exercises as a tool on a regular basis has a tendency to not only set but achieve their goals more often then those who do not.

Being positive decreases hypertension by lowering high blood pressure thus, relieving your mind and body of unwanted stress.  Having a positive attitude and being joyful increases the blood and oxygen flow to your brain and other body organ systems with ease.  It psychologically detoxifies, emotionally heals and physiologically restores optimal health at a cellular level throughout your whole body.  It increases your daily experiences with happiness.  It enables you to connect directly to your Inner-Child, receive Divine guidance with clarity and establishes a powerful connection with your Higher-Self allowing you to rediscover your innate gifts, talents and life’s purpose.  It raises your personal vibrational energy, enables you to experience more of what you desire and has been proven to extend your lifespan!  And these are just a few of so many more benefits.

At some point in our lives, we may experience a job loss or change beyond our control, a health issue, an accident or even be wronged by another person without any regard to the impact they’ve made on your life from their verbiage or actions whether directly or indirectly.  After acknowledging the hurt and frustrations from such an event, one of the most powerful exercises you can do each morning before getting out of bed is to begin consciously co-creating your life’s experiences by implementing these simple techniques: have a positive attitude, set clear positive intentions for the day, focus your thoughts on what you want versus what you don’t want, state your positive affirmations in the present tense, feel your desires as if they have already been achieved, visualize your desires with attention to detail, offer gratitude for this beautiful day and take at least one action-step today towards achieving your dreams starting, right now.

Your core-essence of Being is energy which is governed by specific innate Universal Laws that are unique to you and the vibrational energy you personally emit on a daily basis.  Your predominate thoughts, feelings, words and focus energetically becomes your personal life’s experiences.  The subconscious mind doesn’t really know if the event has actually taken place or not.  Its only function is to vibrationally align you energetically with whatever you are emitting, as like energy attracts like energy.  It doesn’t discern, it simply takes everything you personally perceive as truth and fact and aligns you with those experiences.  This is where you are given the incredible innate gift to co-create your life’s experiences by consciously setting your intentions to not only creating the life that you desire but the ability to actually experience living it too!

The key to enjoying more positive experiences in your life is to be consistent on an hourly basis.  Within a 24 hour period, you will have averaged 50,000 distinctive thoughts today!  Your range can reach as high as 70,000 plus thoughts depending on what you are doing.  This is why so many people fail to successfully make the positive changes they desire; as they are only performing these techniques a few times throughout the day and therefore, counteracting those efforts by their predominant thoughts of fear, shame, guilt, anger, resentment, lack and limitation.  Your life’s experiences are predominately determined by what you believe to be true for yourself and the best way to create the positive changes that you desire is to monitor your self-talk and mind-chatter. 

 

Here are a few questions to ask yourself:

 

  • Do you surround yourself with positive, like-minded and heart centered people?
  • Are you judgmental towards yourself and others?
  • Do you regularly honor yourself with luxury and self-care?
  • What are your expectations?
  • How often are you engaging yourself in creative artistic expressions?
  • Do you limit yourself in anyway?
  • What is your give and take ratio?
  • How often do you engage in laughter and play throughout the day?
  • Do you immerse yourself in personal growth and development?
  • How often are you connecting with Nature and Mother Earth?
  • Do you celebrate and offer gratitude for all of the gifts that the Universe provides to you each day?
  • Do you set personal boundaries and most importantly, do you honor them for yourself?
  • How often do you think, speak, feel and act lovingly towards yourself?

 

You can only change what you are willing to acknowledge.  Being present and mindful provides you with the distinct ability to recognize falsehoods by monitoring your self-talk and mind chatter.  This awareness enables you the clarity to see your predominate thoughts, feelings and where you’re focusing your attention as it’s energetically attracting your life’s experiences regardless, if you are consciously aware of it or not.  Being consciously aware enables you the gift to make corrections wherever needed and gives you the ability to positively co-create while living the life of your dreams with purpose and passion.

YOU are magnificent beyond measure and you are here for a reason.  Be good to yourself and love who you are as the world is just awaiting for you to sing your song.  Namaste’

    You can’t be positive and judgmental at the same time, so I’ll stick with the positive! After reading your article I made my to do list of positivity! I have trouble setting boundaries with people. I just want everyone to be happy and taken care of. That attitude made me an easy mark for energy vampires. I really appreciate knowing that loving, and being positive includes the right to set boundaries to protect you own personal energy. Really good article, thank you.

    Positive thoughts are harder than people think! When I first started working on this Peace Love Wings® Mind, Body, Spirit Practitioner and Facilitator Certification Program I had to stop, stop, stop, stop and regroup. Sometimes I sat and thought of the most negative thoughts I was having, and then wrote them down, and wrote replacements for them, so I had a go to when I started having that particular negative thought. They are difficult to control, but if you can control them, delete them, and replace them, you are on your way to becoming the best version of yourself.

    Monitor your self-talk and mind-chatter. Catch the posiitve talk and repeat it often and this will keep your energy in the highest vibration. Its amazing how life changing this is.
