The Three R’s
- Release fear, worry, and stress caused by guilt, criticism, and resentment to name just a few.
- Relax and rest your mind, body, and spirit.
- Receive love by giving back to yourself and opening up your heart.
As you begin to incorporate the 3 R‘s into practice it will initiate an immediate healing response to occur and will have a profound positive affect on all aspects of your life including: emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually, sexually and financially to name just a few.
Remember to initiate baby steps in the beginning and as always be gentle with yourself and know that you are worthy and deserving to receive all of the goodness the Universe has to offer.
