Healing, Releasing and Connecting Within through Journaling Your Journey!
Healing, connecting within to your Higher-Self, releasing and letting go are some of the best methods through journaling, writing and even publishing your journey. The written words of communicating your feelings, thoughts, hopes, dreams, goals, desires, accomplishments, fears, anger, resentment, loss and confusion provide insight into where you’ve been, where you are and too where you’re going. Journaling sheds light onto your shadows for acknowledgment and provides the clarity of perspective with what’s been going on vibrationally in your life. It allows you to dream. It provides creative expression, inspiration, imagination and ideas for planning your next steps and most importantly it enables you to connect within to your Higher-Self, Guides and Angels.
Journaling provides a very specific vibrational form of intangible energy similar to your thoughts, feelings and spoken words. It’s so much more powerful as it encompasses all of your expressions which are compounded and magnified through the written language and is unique only to YOU! It is the … “and so it is written” vibrational energy of the written word, the artistic expression of self to entertain, teach, learn and communication. It’s the predominant gift when working with working Archangel Gabriel for conceiving your creative artistic expressions and when working with Archangel Jeremiel for self-exploratory, life review, direction and personal development while we’re in our school of life.
Communicating through journaling, writing and/or publishing your journey enables you to leave a treasured gift of history, personal life’s experiences, lessons learned, words of wisdoms and knowledge for not only your current family members but for your many generations to come and even the world! It’s one of the greatest gifts you could ever give or leave behind, it’s your legacy!
We now know that we can energetically co-create with the Universe by writing our desires, hopes, dreams and listing our gratitude of all that you’re grateful for now and intend to receive by writing affirmations and afformations in a journal, making a note of them, placing them in a “God Box or Prayer Box” or by placing them on your desk, vehicle, the bathroom mirror, the refrigerator and any other place where you will see it a lot. You can also color, draw, paint or doodle them! Be sure to add “and so it is done” or “this or something better” to not limit yourself to the magic of the Universe. The intention is to be creatively expressive as ultimately that is one of your core essence of Being.
You can also write out your fears, anger, judgements and resentment to release for healing, forgiveness and to transmute any lower vibrational energy you may be carrying around with you! The written language is one of the most powerful vibrations there are … and so it is written!

This has been so helpful to me words cannot describe it.
There is a power in holding the pen, connecting with the paper and before you know it things just come pouring out. Your article is full of passion and empowerment. Again, thank you.

That’s really true ~ I do get benefits from it a lot! Thanks for your sharing! All your articles and publishing. They are nurturing.
I have journaled, off and on, for most of my life. It helps me to sort through my emotions. I am always surprised by what ends up on paper. I start writing, and my written words take on a life of their own. I always feel cleansed and rejuvenated afterwards.
I have never really considered journaling in a more proactive way, by celebrating my life or writing about my hopes and dreams. Thank you.
Journaling is a daily practice for me and has been for several years now. I require my clients to journal also. It is my way of releasing things that keep me stuck and celebrating my life so I can continue to move forward.
Journal writing has been my therapy for many of years. I could not imagine my life without it. I can create, release and heal all from my pen and paper. Got to have it!
Journaling has been so powerful for me to release and let go. Getting rid of the old feelings and replacing them with new higher vibrational ones gives me a wonderful feeling of freedom. Thank you.
Journaling has brought peace and clarity to my life. I have learned how to add creativity to my journaling which brings me great joy. Thanks for sharing this article.
I do my best to journal every day. However, I notice that I avoid it when I am dealing with difficult situations or I’ve done something that I am not proud of. It is something that I am working on as that is when I need it most. What I tend to do is journal about the journey AFTER to put in words how it was processed OR I avoid it all together. Denial :(
I tend to only write about the joys and positive things in my life but mention how I am helping those in need around me with their personal struggles.
Work in progress …
