Live the Life of Your Dreams with Passion!
On some level whether it be emotionally, mentally, physically, financially, sensually, sexually or spiritually we all experience a moment of enduring or just existing in life; hoping to discover the key to energetically connecting our vibrational alignment with living the life of our dreams with passion. We study metaphysics, philosophy, theology, and acquire ideal mentors; take workshops, classes, attend seminars, read books, magazines and anything else that keeps us focused on our path to living a life of fulfillment. We do the affirmations, visualizations, meditations, inner-work and take the intuitive action-steps for co-creating the life that we desire and discovering our souls purpose but to no prevail. We begin to question ourselves; is this even possible? What am I doing wrong? What am I missing? Is this meant for me? You’ve been working so hard on your inner-work but have yet to see it manifest fully on the outside. Until one day you decide to stop … and just breathe. You begin to contemplate all that you have learned and endured in this “school of life” thus far on your journey.
We wear so many hats trying to find the delicate balance within all of our responsibilities, titles and commitments both personally and professionally that we rarely giveback and indulge ourselves. Until that one auspicious day when you clearly decide to wholeheartedly apply all of your knowledge and wisdom; and deem yourself worthy to receive! You’re finally willing to completely release everything and just let go, allowing the balls to drop wherever they may. This is when you take those magical steps to be good to yourself! You are enlightened! You realize that it’s not out of selfishness or vanity; or even a luxury, but is a necessity to truly loving the magnificent Being that you are!
You now find yourself at the top of your list and begin scheduling some daily “Me” time. You may start meditating, exercising, stretching, yoga, dancing, eating healthy foods and juicing; applying feng shui principles, space clearing and cleansing into your environment. You’ll immerse yourself in sea-salt and aromatherapy bubble baths and you’ll begin romancing yourself with candles, fresh flowers, music and dance. Scheduling massages, facials, pedicures and other specialties for pampering yourself. You’ll make time regularly for your creative expressions whether it’s painting, drawing, photography, writing, dancing, singing, playing music, gardening, cooking, sewing, crafts, sports or whatever you’re interested in.
It’s when you truly begin to be good to yourself that you’ll find the treasures you’ve been searching for. It’s within the process of self-love through the giving and receiving of self-care that you’ll discover your souls purpose and ultimately, begin living the life of your dreams with passion!

SIBYL MAGAZINE: FOR THE SPIRIT AND SOUL OF WOMAN
Everything you’ve mentioned, I have done in the past couple of months. I even went to Minnesota to visit my family. I do exercise and stretch as a part of my job, but plan to incorporate more of it into my daily life for me personally, as my time frees up.
This is so true. Thank you so much for sharing.

Thank you! And Love you! Dear Dr. Maxwell~
I remember getting to all those moments. I didn’t realize it at that time, but didn’t even know how to “breathe”. It’s not just a cliché saying. I literally didn’t know how to physically breathe. Thank you for your wonderful guidance, through the “Be good to yourself” as well as all of your other wonderful articles and books. I took my first deep, life giving breath, opened my eyes and saw the true beauty surrounding me. I have been completely overwhelmed by the intense love and gratitude I am experiencing. I love, and I am loved.
Surrender and live on purpose! Thank you for sharing words of wisdom and growth.
To have discovered your souls purpose is a wonderful blessing. I feel so blessed to be on this journey and to have discovered my souls purpose. I am so happy that this Peace Love Wings® Mind, Body, Spirit Practitioner Certification Program has put me on my path. Thank you, Dr. Maxwell. I am so lucky to have you in my cherished life!
Great article, Dr. Maxwell!!
To some (the future was read with I-Ching, Astrology, Gurus, Wise Man/Woman etc) they discover it when they are young. To others the “Universe” will open up one’s path over the stages of one’s life … one will meet spiritual mentor(s) and gurus on one’s life journey and will recognize it and pursue it without strong distractions from this secular world such as … Money, Power and Fame.
Passion is for sure a key element to live fully. The important thing is to be able to understand that everything we can do, even the simplest things can be carried out that way too … passionately! ;-)
Dr. Maxwell,
Wow, I really felt this article speak to me and where I am right now in my journey. It’s so important to get these reminders of self-care. I especially loved the part where you said, “romance yourself” … I loved that!
Too often we get busy in life and forget how important it is to treat ourselves well.
Thank you for this much needed reminder. I feel blessed to have you as my teacher.
In light and love,
Lisa Bewley

Dr. Maxwell,
This is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Especially where you say “Enlightenment is taking those Magical Steps to Be Good to YOUrself!”
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with those who cross your path! YOU are such a Blessing!!
Hi Dr. Maxwell,
Great article!! Thank you so much for sharing.
Dr. Maxwell,
Thank you for sharing this wisdom. I often find myself getting so wrapped up in constant improvement of myself, my situation, and my relationships that I forget to relax and reflect on all the gifts God has already given me. Gratitude is the greatest emotion I can cultivate when it comes to happiness because with gratitude comes love, peace, contentment and happiness.
Something that helps me is Psalm 46:10 “Be still and know that I am God.” This reminds me to take a deep breath and trust my Creator to always take care of my concerns and fears. He has never let me down and I see no indication that He will start now.
With Love,
Trent Hand
Hi Dr. Maxwell,
This is really good and particularly the second paragraph … ALLOWING THE BALLS TO DROP WHEREVER THEY MAY … is SURRENDERING to the DIVINE!
